• Games data — predictions, quiz answers, scores, leaderboard rankings, and group participation

We do not currently collect payment information directly — payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the PRO Play platform and features
• Personalise your experience — recommended content, league preferences, language settings
• Track your PRO Score, Games Hub points, and leaderboard standings
• Send you service notifications, match alerts, and platform updates (where you have opted in)
• Monitor platform performance, diagnose technical issues, and prevent abuse
• Comply with our legal obligations under applicable UAE and international law

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in across sessions (authentication tokens stored in localStorage)
• Remember your language preference (Arabic/English) and theme (dark/light)
• Analyse platform usage via aggregated analytics

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser or device settings. This will log you out of your account.

5. Third-Party Services

PRO Play integrates with the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• YouTube — used to display match highlights and video content. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy
• API-Football (API-Sports) — provides live scores, fixtures, standings, and player statistics
• Cloudflare — CDN and security layer that processes requests to our platform
• Render — cloud hosting provider where our backend services run

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), operated by Render Inc. We implement the following security measures:

• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms — we never store plaintext passwords
• All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Authentication uses JWT tokens with expiry
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only

While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
