These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PRO Play platform, including the website at proplayco.com and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by The PRO Company, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

All content on PRO Play — including but not limited to logos, graphics, design, text, code, and audio-visual content — is owned by or licensed to The PRO Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party content (including YouTube videos, match data from API-Sports, and team/league logos) remains the property of their respective owners and is used under applicable licences or fair use provisions.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
If you submit any content through the Platform (e.g., group names, usernames, quiz answers), you grant The PRO Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content in connection with operating the Platform.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit and warrant that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable law.
The PRO Play Games Hub is for entertainment purposes only. Points, PRO Score, and leaderboard rankings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any other benefit unless we expressly state otherwise in a specific promotion.
We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove points and rankings at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.
Groups and H2H challenges are played in fun mode — no points are awarded for group play or head-to-head challenges.
Live streaming content on PRO Play is provided subject to broadcasting rights held by The PRO Company. Availability of streams may vary by region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any live content.
You may not record, redistribute, re-stream, or commercially exploit any live or on-demand content available through the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Sports data (scores, fixtures, standings) is sourced from third parties and may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The PRO Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 5, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
